Do Events Sync to the Cloud Automatically

When your camera detects motion and captures photos or videos, many users expect the files to be immediately uploaded to the cloud. However, this is not automatic by default.

How It Works：

All event-triggered photos and videos are first stored locally on the SD card inside the camera. This ensures stable recording even when there is no network or the signal is weak.

If you wish to keep certain files in the cloud, you will need to manually select and upload them using the mobile app.
