How to Change Your Email Address

If you want to change the email address linked to your Magic Eagle® account, please follow these steps:

Email Change Process
  1. Unbind your device from your current account. You can do this in the device settings by selecting Remove Device.
  2. Log out of your current account.
  3. Create a new account using the new email address you want to use.
  4. Log in with the new email and re-bind the camera to this account.
Note: One device can only be linked to one main account (email) at a time. You must unbind it first before connecting it to a different email.
