How to Customize Motion Detection Time Range
The Magic Eagle® App allows you to set a specific time window during which motion detection is active. This helps reduce unnecessary alerts at times when monitoring is not needed, such as during the day or night.
How to set it up:
- Go to the Motion Detection settings page in the Magic Eagle® App
- Tap Detection Time Range
- Customize the following options:
- Start time and End time
- Whether to repeat the schedule on specific days
For example, you can set the camera to detect motion only from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and repeat this schedule every day or only on weekends.
This gives you full control over when your camera actively monitors motion, helping to conserve battery and reduce false alarms.
