How to Delete Photos and Videos: A Complete Guide​

Managing your media is easy. Here is a complete guide to deleting photos and videos across different sections of the app, covering seven common scenarios.
​​一、Automatically Recorded Events​​
​​1. Delete from Playback View​​
  • Go to the ​​Playback​​ interface.
  • Click on a video thumbnail to select it.
  • ​​Swipe left​​ on the video to delete it immediately.

​​2. Delete from the Album (Auto-saved Content)​​
  • Navigate to the ​​Album​​ tab.
  • Open either the ​​Camera​​ folder (for photos) or the ​​Video​​ folder (for auto-saved videos).
  • ​​Single Delete:​​ Tap on a photo or video, then select the ​​delete​​ button at the bottom of the screen.
  • ​​Batch Delete:​​ Tap the checkmark (​​✔​​) in the top-right corner, select multiple items, and then tap the ​​delete​​

​​二、Manually Captured Photos and Videos​​
  • Go to the ​​Album​​ tab.
  • Open the ​​Photo​​ folder (for manual photos) or the ​​Video​​ folder (for manual recordings).
  • ​​Single Delete:​​ Tap on an item and select the ​​delete​​ button at the bottom.
  • ​​Batch Delete:​​ Tap the checkmark (​​✔​​) in the top-right corner, select the items you want to remove, and tap ​​delete​​.

​​三、Manually Added Favorites​​
  • Go to the ​​Favorites​​ album.
  • ​​Single Delete:​​ Tap on a favorited item and choose the ​​delete​​ button at the bottom.
  • ​​Batch Delete:​​ Tap the checkmark (​​✔​​) in the top-right corner, select multiple favorites, and then tap ​​delete​​.

​​四、Automatic Storage Management​​
​​SD Card Auto-Overwrite​​
  • Content stored on the SD card will be ​​automatically overwritten​​ (starting with the oldest files) when the card becomes full to make space for new recordings.
​​Cloud Storage Expiry​​
  • Content uploaded to the cloud will be ​​automatically deleted after 30 days​​ if it has not been downloaded to your local device during that period.
  • ​​Recommendation:​​ If you wish to keep a permanent copy, please download it to your local storage.
