一. How to Download Videos from Playback

  1. 1.

    Go to the Home Screen, then tap on Playback.

  2. 2.

    Select the video you want to save.

  3. 3.

    Tap the HD Request button in the top-right corner.

  4. 4.

    The video will start downloading to your device.


二. How to Download Videos & Photos from Gallery

  1. 1.

    Go to the Gallery in the app.

  2. 2.

    Select the videos or photos you want to save.

  3. 3.

    Upload them to the Cloud first (required step).

  4. 4.

    After uploading, tap the download button to save them to your device.

Now you can access your downloaded videos and photos anytime—even offline!
