As your trail camera captures more and more wildlife activity, sorting through hundreds of photos can become time-consuming. That’s where the filter function comes in. It helps you quickly find the moments that matter most — whether it’s a specific date, time, location, or animal movement.
Step 1: Open the Gallery
In the app, go to your camera and tap on the Gallery or Photo Album section. You’ll see all the images stored from that device.
Step 2: Tap the Filter Icon
Look for the filter icon at the top of the screen. Tap it to open filtering options.
Step 3: Choose Your Filter Criteria
Depending on your camera system, you can filter photos by:
- Date or time range
Easily view photos from a specific day or period (e.g., last weekend or early mornings).
- Motion type
Separate human, vehicle, or animal-triggered events if smart detection is supported.
- Device name or location
Useful if you have multiple cameras set up in different areas.
- File type
View just photos, just videos, or time-lapse footage.
Step 4: Apply the Filter
Once you’ve selected your criteria, tap Apply. The gallery will now only display media that matches your filter.
Step 5: Save or Export Important Files
Use the filter to find key moments, then mark, favorite, or download
