What to Do If You’re Not Receiving Push Notifications

If your Magic Eagle® App isn't sending push notifications when motion is detected, here are a few things you can check:

✅ Troubleshooting Steps

  • Enable push notifications in the app Make sure push notifications are turned on in the Magic Eagle® app settings.
  • Verify the PIR schedule Check that the motion detection schedule is active and correctly configured.
  • Check your phone’s network Make sure your mobile phone has a stable network connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  • Check camera connectivity If the signal indicator shows red, the camera is currently offline and cannot send notifications.
  • Allow notifications in phone settings Go to your phone’s system settings, find the Magic Eagle® App, and ensure that notifications are allowed.
