What Triggers the Alarm Siren on Your Trail Camera
The Magic Eagle® camera includes a built-in alarm siren designed to deter intruders, warn animals, or alert users of unusual activity. The siren can be triggered in the following situations:
Alarm Activation Scenarios:
- Manual Activation during Live View While viewing your camera in real time, you can manually enable the siren using the alarm button in the live preview interface.
- Automatic Alarm When Motion Is Detected When motion detection is enabled, the siren can be set to automatically sound after a trigger. You can also customize the alarm duration in the settings
⚠️ Note: This feature is not recommended for wildlife monitoring, as the sound may frighten away animals.
3.Anti-Theft Mode (Geo-Fence Alarm)
If Anti-Theft Mode is enabled, the camera will constantly sound the alarm when it moves outside the user-defined geofence area, helping protect against theft or relocation.
This multi-scenario alarm system enhances both security and deterrence, making the camera more than just a passive observer.
