How to Check If Your Camera’s SD Card Is Working Properly

To ensure your camera can store photos and videos as expected, it’s important to verify whether the SD card is functioning correctly.

How to check:
  1. Make sure your camera is online
  2. Go to the Settings page in the Magic Eagle® App
  3. Tap SD Card Management
  4. Check the storage status, available space, and whether the SD card is properly recognized
  5. Observe whether the camera can trigger and upload new events—if it can, the SD card is likely working properly

If the storage status is abnormal or no events are saved/uploaded after motion is detected, you may need to format the card, replace it, or check for compatibility issues.
