How to Use the Playback Feature
What is Playback?
The Playback feature lets you view recorded videos from your hunting camera. It helps you easily go back to specific times or events to check what happened — whether you're tracking wildlife or reviewing security footage.
1. Filter Playback by Time
You can select a specific time period to view historical footage.
- Zoom In/Out the Timeline: Use two fingers to pinch and zoom the timeline, or tap the “+” and “–” buttons next to it.
- Default Display: By default, the app shows today's recordings.
- View Past Footage: Tap the calendar icon in the bottom-left corner.
- Orange dates mean recordings are available
- White dates mean no recordings on that day
This helps you quickly locate and play back specific video clips from previous days.
2. Filter by Detection Type
You can also filter playback by detection type and time range.
- Tap the filter icon to open detection options
- Choose one or more detection types:
- Person
- Vehicle
- Animal
- Other (non-human/non-animal movement triggers)
This lets you focus only on the events you care about, without manually scrubbing through the entire video.
