How to Customize Motion Detection Zones
The Magic Eagle® camera allows you to define specific areas of the screen where motion detection should be active. This helps reduce false alarms caused by irrelevant areas like waving branches or passing clouds.
How to set it up:
- Go to the Device Settings in the Magic Eagle® App
- Tap Motion Detection
- Select Detection Area
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set or adjust the zones where you want the camera to detect motion
You can select one or more areas based on your monitoring needs—such as focusing on a trail, feeder, or gate while ignoring the sky or ground.
