How to Delete Photos and Videos Stored on the SD Card

Currently, the Magic Eagle® App does not support deleting individual photos from the SD card. This is because photos triggered by motion, manual capture, or burst mode are grouped as one event. Deleting a single file may disrupt the integrity of the full event record.

Available deletion methods:

  1. Delete entire events from the Playback section
    1. Go to Playback, find the specific event you want to remove
    2. Swipe left to delete the event, which will also remove all corresponding images from the Gallery

  1. Format the SD card
    1. If you want to remove all content at once, use the Format function under SD Card Management in the device settings
  2. Delete files manually via computer
    1. Remove the SD card from the device
    2. Insert it into a computer and manually delete photos or videos as needed
⚠️ Note: Individual photo deletion within the app is currently not supported to ensure consistency and avoid partial data loss within grouped events.
